scott elliot liffman is the worst lfriendl and roomate.  but the best liar in the world.  hes a heroin addict who works for the city of philadelphia.  to avoid failing these testsb he pays his other junkie friend to have her 6 year old pee for him.  he steals from kids....and now h trickin himself out to get drugs.  wonder how much he had to swallow for 440.....eeeewwwwww.
